Tatiana Salazar

Tatiana Salazar is a Project Coordinator on GFP Real Estate's Development team, where she supports the coordination of active real estate development projects tracking timelines and milestones, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners. She also assists with due diligence, permitting, and compliance documentation.

Before joining GFP, Tatiana served as Office Manager for Savanna and its affiliated construction company, SavCon. There she managed day-to-day office operations, supported senior leadership, and coordinated facilities, vendors, technology, and administrative functions. She also assisted with filings and work permit applications submitted to the New York City Department of Buildings.

Tatiana is bilingual in English and Spanish, and outside of her role is pursuing a certificate in interior design from the New York Institute of Art and Design.
