Farhan Mohammad

Farhan Mohammad is an assistant project manager on GFP Real Estate’s Development and Construction team, where he supports capital improvement, redevelopment and tenant construction projects from preconstruction through completion. His responsibilities include coordinating design consultants and contractors, managing project budgets and schedules, reviewing change orders and procurement activities, and helping resolve construction and field-related issues.

Farhan has nearly a decade of construction and project management experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and transportation projects throughout New York City. Before joining GFP, he served as an owner’s representative and construction consultant at Gleeds Americas, managing complex renovation and development projects for corporate, institutional and real estate clients. He previously spent six years with Skanska USA, contributing to several large-scale projects, including Moynihan Train Hall and North Shore University Hospital’s Advanced Surgical Pavilion.

Farhan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering from The City College of New York.
