Jose Davis

Jose Davis joined GFP Real Estate as a management intern in 2006. He later transitioned to 630 Ninth Avenue, where he served as a starter and earned his Fire and Life Safety Director certification.

In 2022, Jose joined the building operations team at 322 Eighth Avenue as a handyman, further expanding his hands-on property maintenance experience. He was promoted to superintendent of 349 East 149th Street in April 2025. In this role, he oversees the property’s day-to-day operations and maintenance, drawing on nearly two decades of experience with GFP and extensive knowledge of the company’s portfolio
