William holds a B.A. in Communication & Media Studies from CUNY Hunter and maintains multiple professional certifications, including the Q01 Refrigeration Operating Engineer License and NYARM Certification focused on Building/Construction Finishing, Management, and Inspection. He has completed the 32BJ Resident Manager Career Track 1 & 2 and served as an instructor for 32BJ for five years.
