Alice Chen
Investment Director
Alice Chen joined GFP Real Estate as Investment Associate in 2021 to help with the firm’s property acquisition efforts. Alice also assists with leasing, asset management, development and financing activities.
Alice began her career at Barclays, working in the investment banking division. At Barclays, Alice was part of the Natural Resources team, focusing on M&A advisory and debt / equity offerings.
Alice has an undergraduate degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
