Stacey Reed joined GFP Real Estate in 2024 as a Property Administrator, initially at 45-18 Court Square and currently at 515 Madison Avenue. Her strong background in operations, procurement and project management supports efficient building operations through vendor oversight, project planning and execution, and compliance with NYC’s Local Law 11.

Stacey's expertise shines in vendor negotiations and cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations. She is also a commissioned New York State Notary Public.
