Sean Higgins

Sean Higgins, Senior Project Manager, is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience in design, real estate development and construction. His expertise includes managing projects from initial planning and entitlement through design, construction and final delivery. Before joining GFP in 2024, Sean led the development of several major projects, including the design and construction of Wildflower Studios, the world’s first vertically integrated TV and film campus, a significant achievement in architecture and film infrastructure.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and maintains his status as a licensed architect. Throughout his career, Sean has focused on bringing innovative ideas to life and is passionate about leveraging design and development to create a positive impact on the built environment.
