Steven Gochman

Steve Gochman joined GFP in February 2020 as a Project Executive, bringing more than 25 years of diverse experience serving as an owner’s representative, project manager and project architect to GFP Real Estate. At GFP, Steve is responsible for the oversight and delivery of the firm’s significant tenant fit out projects.

Prior to joining the company, Steve spent 13 years at CBRE working on account driven projects and initiatives within their global workplace services division; he started his career working for NY-area architectural & design build firms.

Steve earned a Bachelor Architecture from Pratt Institute and is a Registered Architect and LEED AP.
