Anish N. Soman

Anish N. Soman is a senior project manager at GFP Real Estate with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects throughout New York City and the Northeast. He manages projects through the full development lifecycle, from preconstruction planning, budgeting and subcontractor procurement through execution, regulatory approvals and closeout. His expertise includes project strategy, cost control, value engineering, risk mitigation, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Anish has led multimillion-dollar projects across the residential, mixed-use, commercial, healthcare, senior living, retail and government sectors. His experience includes ArchCare’s multifacility specialty renovation program; a 233-unit residential tower in Harlem; the 1.8 million-square-foot second phase of City Point in Brooklyn; and a 278-unit luxury mixed-use tower at Pacific Park. Earlier in his career, he managed institutional and infrastructure projects including the Wartburg Skilled Nursing Facility, the Fort Hamilton Garrison Armed Forces Reserve Center and the Woodland Pond senior living community, as well as several large-scale retail and site development projects.

Anish earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural technology, with a minor in construction management, magna cum laude, from the New York Institute of Technology. He also holds an Associate of Science in architectural building engineering technology from the New England Institute of Technology. He brings a transparent communication style, collaborative approach and strong commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.
