Will Karam
Asset Management Associate
Will Karam joined GFP Real Estate in 2025 as an asset management associate, supporting the firm’s development portfolio, including office-to-residential conversions. In this role, he contributes to asset repositioning, capital events, and oversight of operations across the portfolio.
Before joining GFP, Will worked in commercial real estate banking, focusing on real estate credit underwriting and portfolio management.
Will earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.
