India Garone

India Garone joined GFP Development in January 2026 as an assistant project manager.

In this role, India supports development projects from preconstruction through closeout. She coordinates with ownership, architects, engineers and contractors; maintains project documentation and progress trackers; and reviews requisitions, change orders and invoices to help keep projects on schedule and within budget. She also coordinates meetings among design teams, contractors and ownership and prepares agendas and meeting minutes.

Before joining GFP Development, India was a project engineer at Pavarini McGovern, where she coordinated with design and engineering teams and managed project documentation, procurement and scheduling. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business, with a minor in theatre arts, from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she graduated with honors.
