Tyler Rice

Tyler Rice joined GFP Development in 2025 as an investment associate, focusing on the firm’s property acquisition efforts. He also supports GFP’s leasing, asset management, development and financing activities.

Tyler began his career at L&L Holding Company, where he worked on real estate acquisitions and development projects in New York City and South Florida. He later joined EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he evaluated and executed single-asset and portfolio-level office investments throughout the United States.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and a Master of Science in real estate finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
