Christian Pfaff is a Building Manager at GFP Real Estate, where he oversees daily operations, tenant relations, and capital improvement projects at 100 Pearl Street, a Class A office tower in Manhattan's Financial District.

With nearly two decades of experience in New York City commercial real estate, Pfaff has built his career through hands-on building operations, facilities management, and a steadfast commitment to tenant service. That practical experience continues to guide his approach to property management, with a focus on operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and creating long-term value for ownership.

Prior to joining GFP Real Estate in 2025, Pfaff managed commercial office properties, condominium assets, and facilities for leading firms including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and JLL.
