Amaryllis Avelar joined GFP Real Estate in 2026 as Tenant Experience Manager at 1540 Broadway, a 900,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. In her role, she works closely with the building management team to support daily operations while enhancing the tenant experience through amenity management, capital project coordination, and responsive service delivery.

With more than 17 years of experience in commercial and residential property management, Amaryllis brings extensive expertise in building operations, tenant relations, budgeting, vendor management, and property administration. She has played an active role in major capital improvement initiatives and supports financial reporting, leasing coordination, and day-to-day property operations.

Amaryllis holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI International and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey. She is also a commissioned New York State Notary Public.
