Jarred Mihalik

Jarred Mihalik joined GFP Real Estate in 2026 as a Senior Project Manager, supporting the firm's development, construction, and repositioning initiatives. He oversees projects from conceptual planning through occupancy.

Prior to joining GFP, Mihalik managed more than 750,000 square feet of development projects at RXR, including 89 DeKalb Avenue and 196 Willoughby Street, and supported residential conversion planning at 61 Broadway. Earlier in his career, he worked on 100 Pearl Street and the commercial-to-residential conversion of 2 Washington Street. Jarred holds degrees from Princeton University and Stevens Institute of Technology.
