Juan Ibarra

Juan Ibarra joined GFP Real Estate in July 2025 as a Property Administrator and transitioned into his current role as an Accounts Payable Specialist in January 2026. In his role, Juan supports GFP’s accounting operations by processing and approving invoices and payments across 22 properties, reconciling accounts, managing vendor records, and ensuring expenses are accurately tracked and charged to the appropriate buildings and budgets.

Juan received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona University in 2025, where he majored in Business Administration and minored in International Business.
