Andrea Mae D. Aguinaldo

Andrea Mae is an Assistant Controller at GFP Real Estate, supporting the firm’s financial operations across multiple entities. Since joining GFP in 2023, she has managed accounts payable functions, ensured budget compliance, processed financial transactions for numerous properties, and maintained accurate financial records through reconciliations and reporting.

In her role, Andrea Mae assists with financial audits, prepares audit materials for external accountants, tracks investor ownership and information, and issues investor distributions, contributing to strong internal controls and financial transparency.

Andrea Mae brings extensive expertise in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. She previously served as an Accounts Payable Processor at Eretz Group and has over four years of international accounting experience with the Government of the Philippines. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration and is a licensed Notary Public, Enrolled Agent, and licensed tax professional in New York.
