Tyler Siegel

Tyler Siegel is the general manager of 1540 Broadway, a 907,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan managed by GFP Real Estate. He oversees the property’s overall operations and performance, including financial management, vendor coordination, capital projects, service contracts and regulatory compliance. Tyler works closely with ownership, tenants and third-party partners to ensure the building operates safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of tenant service.

Tyler joined the management team at 1540 Broadway as assistant general manager in 2020 and was promoted to general manager in 2021. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, he brings a hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on operational excellence and relationship building.

Tyler graduated from the University of Michigan in 2014. He holds the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties, Real Property Administrator, Facilities Management Administrator and High-Performance designations.
