Alan Cohen

Alan Cohen joined GFP Real Estate in 2026 as Executive Managing Director, where he co-manages the firm's accounting department and oversees corporate accounting operations as well as accounting functions across GFP's extensive commercial real estate portfolio.

Alan brings more than two decades of accounting, finance, and real estate experience. Prior to joining GFP, he served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Bromley Companies, overseeing corporate accounting and financial operations across a diverse portfolio.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and was selected to join the firm's onsite management team at the World Trade Center, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is a CPA and CGMA.
