Jackie Bruncaj

Jackie Bruncaj is General Manager of SoMA, GFP Real Estate’s flagship residential property and the largest commercial-to-residential conversion in the country. With over a decade of experience managing high-end residential and mixed-use properties across New York City, Jackie specializes in new development, operational launches and property stabilization. She has led the lease-up and opening of more than a dozen luxury buildings, bringing projects from construction to full occupancy. Known for her hands-on leadership and operational expertise, Jackie has managed multimillion-dollar capital improvements, implemented building-wide systems, and worked closely with city agencies to ensure full compliance.

Before joining GFP, Jackie held senior roles at FirstService Residential, Mack Property Management and Greystar, where she drove NOI growth and built strong, performance-driven teams. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from CUNY Hunter College and is a licensed New York State real estate agent.
