Sarah Homanich

Sarah Homanich is the Vice President of GFP Real Estate, bringing more than 12 years of dedicated service to the organization.

Her journey with GFP began in 2012, where she started as an Executive Assistant to GFP's esteemed Chairman, Jeffrey Gural. In this role, she managed various administrative duties, from coordinating political fundraisers to overseeing Gural’s extensive horse and racing operations.

In addition to overseeing the budgets for GFP Real Estate and its extensive real estate portfolio, Sarah's responsibilities extend far beyond financial oversight. She oversees human resources, payroll and the company’s administrative staff, ensuring adherence to corporate procedures and policies. Sarah’s leadership also extends to the orchestration of corporate events, fostering an enriching and inclusive employee culture.

At the helm of GFP's operations, Sarah plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future. She spearheads the refinement and implementation of intradepartmental procedures and policies, equipping the team with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve optimal efficiency.
