Jesse Chrismer joined GFP in 2022 as a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, adding valuable support to the company’s thriving construction and development team. With his extensive expertise, he effectively oversees the design and construction operations for new development and capital improvement projects across GFP’s portfolio.

Bringing 20 years of experience as a structural engineer and prime-consultant project manager, Jesse has successfully contributed to numerous projects in both the public and private sectors. His diverse portfolio includes both ground-up construction and major alterations of sports and entertainment complexes, commercial offices, multi-family residential properties, hospitals, schools, parks, and specialty structures. His outstanding achievements were recognized when he was honored as one of the "Top 20 Under 40" professionals in New York by McGraw-Hill Construction in 2015.

Jesse holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Colorado College and a master's degree in structural engineering from Columbia University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional, showcasing his commitment to excellence and sustainability in his work.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jesse is passionate about giving back to the industry. He actively contributes to the field by serving as a visiting professor at Pratt Institute, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals. Additionally, Jesse serves as a lead mentor and the professional development chair with ACE Mentoring, further fostering the growth and development of future industry leaders.
