Kelly Sposato

Kelly Sposato is a Senior Project Manager specializing in MEP systems at GFP Real Estate. With over a decade of experience managing high-profile mechanical projects across New York City, Kelly has led complex installations for some of the city’s most iconic developments, including the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, 520 Park Avenue and 30 East 29th Street.

Before joining GFP, Kelly held leadership roles at Suffolk and Lendlease, where she managed multimillion-dollar MEP scopes from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Her expertise spans luxury residential towers, historic hotel renovations and amenity-rich luxury developments. She brings a deep understanding of MEP coordination, BIM integration, regulatory approvals and utility interfacing to GFP—ensuring projects are delivered with precision and efficiency.

Kelly is a graduate of Lafayette College, is a REBNY Fellows Leadership Program alum and a 2024 “Ones to Watch” honoree by the New York Real Estate Journal. She is also active in the NYBC’s Young Professionals Committee and holds OSHA safety certification.
