Neith Stone

Managing Director

Neith Stone oversees asset management and leasing strategy for the firm's SoHo, NoHo, and Hudson Square portfolio. She is the first of the Gural family's fourth generation to join the business. A native of Downtown Manhattan, Neith brings a deep understanding of the city's submarkets to driving performance and long-term value across the portfolio.

Before joining GFP, Neith spent several years in media investment and brand strategy for clients Google and HBO Max. That experience gives her a unique lens on how tenants evaluate space, how buildings compete for occupancy, and how to tell a property's story to the market.

Neith earned her Master's in Real Estate from NYU's Schack Institute, concentrating in Asset Management, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. She serves on the boards of the SoHo Broadway Initiative and the Village Alliance Business Improvement District, is a member of the Young Men and Women's Real Estate Association, and volunteers with the New York Junior League.
