Allen J. Gurevich

Allen oversees asset management and leasing for eight GFP properties. In addition, Allen leads a Tenant Representation and Advisory practice through which GFP Real Estate offers clients an integrated solution to owning or leasing a commercial office property.

Allen joined GFP Real Estate in 2003. As a tenant representative, Allen’s position focuses on the acquisition and disposition of office and retail properties for numerous clients in the financial and legal services, not-for-profit, media and entertainment industries.

Prior to joining GFP, Allen served as senior financial analyst with W.R. Huff Asset Management, where he played a key role in the firm's investment strategy by leading due diligence efforts for more than 100 offerings. Allen’s prior experience and financial analysis expertise add value to the comprehensive representation services that he provides to both owners and tenants.

Allen is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
