Eddy Abou-Arraj

Eddy Abou-Arraj is a project manager of GFP Real Estate’s development team, bringing over a decade of architectural and project management experience across high-profile residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects. A licensed PMP, SST Supervisor and LEED Green Associate, Eddy has led complex capital improvement initiatives totaling over $450 million, including major restorations, full-building ground-up constructions and multi-phase renovations in occupied buildings.

Before joining GFP, he played a pivotal role in the delivery of landmark developments such as The Smile in Harlem, the Marriott Moxy Downtown and Rising Ground’s educational and residential facilities. In Qatar, Abou-Arraj served as site architect for several major new construction projects, including the FJ Residential Tower and the Y Office Tower, among others. Eddy’s hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise ensure projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.

Originally from Lebanon and a Canadian citizen, Eddy holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Lebanese American University, and has lived in the Sultanate of Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, Canada, and the United States.
