Samuel Donato

As Assistant Project Manager at GFP Real Estate, Samuel Donato supports construction and development projects from design through completion, helping ensure schedules, budgets and quality standards are met. He plays a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing requisitions and change orders and resolving field issues to keep projects on track.

Prior to joining GFP, Samuel managed large-scale institutional and government construction projects across New Jersey and New York, including multiple barracks renovations at West Point. He is OSHA 30 certified, proficient in Procore and Primavera, and was named Dobco Inc.’s Assistant Project Manager of the Year in 2024.
