Desmond Poole

Desmond manages the operations and major capital improvements of 10 properties in Manhattan, totaling approximately 3 million square feet. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Desmond was drawn to HVAC engineering. He obtained his Operating Engineers License and worked with Local 94 for a number of years before joining GFP. Desmond has also received an RPA designation from BOMA. He has been managing buildings for GFP for over 11 years.
