Felix Roasting Co. has secured a deal for another location in NoHo, marking the concept’s fourth location in New York City.

The upscale cafe chain has inked a 10-year, 1,200-square-foot lease on the ground floor of 740 Broadway, a 12-story loft building spanning 152,000 square feet on the southeast corner of Broadway and Astor Place.

Each location is curated by celebrity interior designer Ken Fulk with an elevated, Old-World aesthetic.

740 Broadway is within close proximity to the 4,5,6, L, N, Q, R and W trains along with PATH train access at the 9th Street Station.

The cafe is set to open in the second quarter of 2022.
