Ear-piercer Studs leases 10,500 Sq Ft at 594 Broadway

Ear-piercing company Studs recently signed a seven-year lease for 10,500 square feet of office space on the second floor of 594 Broadway in SoHo.

Property owner GFP Real Estate said the ear-piercing company has grown since it originally signed a lease in the building in 2020. There are now nine Studs retail locations in the U.S., including two in New York City, two in the Los Angeles area, two in Austin, Texas, two in the Boston area, and one in Miami.

GFP said Studs will use its new, larger space for its corporate team, photo studio and team training. The brokerage added that 594 Broadway — a 12-story, 250,000-square-foot building designed by Buchman & Deisler that was built in 1898 — was formally known as the Lyons Building.

"This will be Studs’ third move within the building since the company signed its initial 1,767-square-foot lease in 2020,” said Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate, in a statement. Vogel represented the landlord in the lease.
