Sunny Atis

Sunny's role as superintendent at the landmarked Flatiron Building is one that he continues to take great pride in. He has worked at the Flatiron for 30 years. Working with a team of five, he handles all aspects of maintenance at this iconic building - including its 750 radiators - and is a familiar face to many building tenants.

Sunny's years of dedication were the focus of a Wall Street Journal feature article and during his time he has been lucky to meet some very famous guests visiting the building.
